I live in Russia. I have received my copy of DNF game at the post office a few days ago, but when I went home and tried to activate the game through Steam it said that "the following items are not available for purchase in this country. Your purchase has been cancelled".
I preordered the game at game.co.uk because:
1) there is no Balls of Steel special edition for PC in my country;
2) I don't want to play a ☺☺☺☺ty localized version from 1c company - I prefer to use english versions of any product;
3) I don't want to pay my money to the local publishers.
Please help me to solve this problem.

Hmmm your best bet I think is to wait till the price falls down and buy a localised steam version and then install the game and switch the language to English. And keep the BoSE to yourself, afterall it is an awesome collection.
Your other bet is to PM Elizabeth2k in here and clarify the position that your country doesn't have BoSE and you got a BoSE from abroad and therefore if she is in a position to help you in any way or not. She solved my problem although it is completely a different issue.

Thanks for your answer, but localized version is not an option because of:
a) it has only russian language (no English);
b) f*d up multiplayer;
c) for example, localized FO:NV has it's own statistic, so I can't compare my achievements with other people from around the world, only with russians - I think, DNF has the same problem;
d) for example, localized FO:NV isn't support Steam Cloud - this may also apply to DNF;
e) delays in updates;
f) crappy support;
g) I don't want to give any money to 1c company (local publisher).
Besides, DNF store page in Steam isn't available in my region (I should thank 1c company for this, I think), so I can't buy it directly through Steam.
But I surely will keep BoSE. And I'll PM Elizabeth2k, thanks for advise.
