I never really get a straight answer if she gives them out to everyone or just selects randomly when checking her E-Mail. I don't think that this is nearly as intense as asking for pens or faceplates. I just would like the cool Gamerpics or some kind of response.

I had emailed about a month ago and then I did a follow up email about 2 weeks ago and then after still getting no response I did a PM and then finally I got a response to wait until the 15th to ask for the gamerpic pack. So that’s what I'm going to do. I really want those gamerpics, but I must be patient. All good things are worth waiting for.
