So, most of you will probably overlook this due to the title, but I bring this up for a reason.
In my current game, I (France) am up against Montezuma (been at war for pretty much the entire game), there's also Siam (friends warring with Darius), Alexander (also friends and warring with Darius, got a triangle friendship going on), and the Ottomans. That's not the point. The point is, I just met America on turn 218. I just signed open boarders with him and exited out. Now here's the... glitch? Egypt pops up (Haven't met him yet, but have him set as a for sure civ in game) and says "You're offer is gracious blah blah blah." His mood towards me is emotionless. Never seen this before. With a random civ popping up and saying that when I don't know them yet, and having them "emotionless" towards me. What's this all about?
